 1.    These are horizontal type organic heat transfer material heaters circulating through mandatory liquid.

2.    Its heating surface consists the closely-arranged coils in three sides of inner, middle part and exterior (inner and exterior), and the large-capacity boiler is equipped with “the ceiling coils” so as to ensure the compact structure. The inside of the inner coils ( the inside of the inner coils and central coils among the multilayer coils) work as the radiant heating surface, and the external surface of the inner coils( the outside of the middle coils among the multi-layer coils) and exterior coils form the convection heating surface.

3.    Fuel burns and releases heat in the inner coils ( the middle coils among the multilayer coils); after radiation heating surface absorbing a lot of heat, the high temperature gas enters the convection heating surface to transfer heat and then is discharged out of the furnace through the exhaust gas outlet.

4.    The temperature of the exhaust gas of the furnace is generally about 300℃, which certainly contains a lot of thermal energy. So the heat recovery boiler can be employed to recycle parts of energy to heat water for life and producing usage. In light of the departments can do without hot water, the air pre-heater can be allocated to warm-up the participated flaming air to enhance the boiler efficiency and save fuel.
