Midea and Gree three quarterly reports in 2017 show that the two companies in the third quarter in 2017 revenue and earnings were all hit a record high, among them, Gree profit of 15.461 billion yuan, Midea profit of 14.998 billion yuan.
Three quarterly shows that Midea Group from January to September achieved 187.764 billion yuan of operating income, an increase of 60.38%; net profit of 14.998 billion yuan, an increase of 17.1%; Gree Electricity at the same period achieved operating income 112,027,000,000 yuan, an increase of 33.73%; net profit 15.461 billion yuan, an increase of 37.68%
From the perspective of the total market capitalization, as closing on October 30 , Gree Electric Appliance reached to 262.2 billion yuan, while Midea Group reached 3.3775 billion yuan.
The Gree is on the net profit over the United States. The semi-annual report this year shows that： Midea also had a net profit of 108 billion yuan to exceed Gree's 9.4 billion yuan, while Gree in the third quarter regain China's "most profitable home appliances business" throne. The third quarter of a single quarter, Gree achieved net profit of 60.08 billion yuan, an increase of 24.48%.
