EAST PITTSBURGH, PA., Nov. 29, 2016 -- ForeFront Product Design has announced their latest innovation, the Green Gorilla automated spray system, which revolutionizes the tried and true manual compressed air sprayer.  The Green Gorilla ProLine system utilizes rechargeable Lithium-Ion power, microprocessor control and the latest compressor technology to fully automate the traditional compressed air sprayer.

Most of us use hand held manual or hose end sprayers to complete most of the condenser and evaporator coil cleaning maintenance jobs for both our commercial and residential accounts.  For hard to reach equipment or equipment locations with no access to city water, the traditional manual sprayer is used.  The traditional sprayer has been around for over a 100 years with very little advancement in technology.  Using these types of sprayers we manually pump the system to some unknown pressure and spray our condenser or evaporator coil cleaners in remote or difficult access locations.  This approach has two inherent problems; stopping to manually pump and a varying pressure resulting in non-repeatable application.   The process of manual pumping these types of sprayers may result in the technician exiting a tight space to access the sprayer thereby increasing the time to complete the job.  These short comings have been a problem for years and very little in the way of an industrial solution has been found.

The engineering team at ForeFront Product Design seems to have found a solution.  They have packaged rechargeable Lithium-Ion batteries and a microprocessor controlled  air compressor into a "PowerPack" that attaches to the side of a custom formed tank.  When attached, the PowerPack unit automatically pressurizes the tank and turns on and off as necessary to maintain the tank pressure to within plus or minus 1 psi of the set pressure without ever having to manually pump.  A single charge will last the technician a full day of spraying and the consistent pressure means a consistent flow rate for repeatable results.  Over 80% of the users have reported at least a 25% reduction in spray time along with a very efficient use of the cleaner they are spraying.

The brand further expands in 2017 with a backpack harness accessory, the Silverback, that allows the 2016 ProLine system to "snap" in and function as a fully automated backpack spray system.  "The Green Gorilla engineering team is not done yet," said Mark Verosky, CEO for ForeFront Product Design.  "We have even bigger plans which will continue to revolutionize the Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration (AHR) industry."
