Spot & Seam weldings are the electric resistance welding in general. ERW is a group of welding processes which produce coalescence of faying surfaces where heat to form the weld is generated by the electical reistance of material vs the time and the force used to hold the materials together during welding. So the filters with these techniques can be longer in Mesh height.

If you want to make your machinery lifetime longer and keep it in good condition, filters are necessary to use.

Product Characteristics:

1. If you need the height of filter mesh part, we can arrange it as you like.

2. The mesh is seamed and crimped but not squeezed into the ring. So the mesh around the ring holder looks smooth.

3. If you need the filters in mass production, seam welding is recomended.
