Description:

This is a filter type of press-fitting in a tube. Mostly used in tubes of air conditioners, heatings, refrigerators. Its metal mesh is squeezed in the brass holder so that the height is to be limited.

If you need the higher mesh height, spot or seam weldings are recommended.

Product Characteristics:

1. Holder ring diameter should be a bit bigger than the tube pressed in. The mesh shape and height are depended on how many your want to catch the particles.

2. Mesh size is depended on how big the particle is.

If you want to last your machinery lifetime longer and keep it in good condition, filters are necessary.

You may choose the length of "A" and "B".

"A" is to be the diameter of filter. "B" is to be the height of filter.

The mesh height is to be decided how many particles you want to screen.

The edge of ring is to be seamed and crimped with holder.

The holder of edge angle can be changed.
