I. Introduction
Hony®POM (Polyoxymethylene) have good mechanical properties and rigidity, close to metal materials. It is a good alternative to copper cast zinc, steel and other metal materials. POM has excellent fatigue resistance and creep resistance, good wear resistance, self-lubricating and abrasion resistance. High thermal and chemical stability, good electrical insulation properties. Operating temperatures range from -50 to 110 degrees Celsius.

Hony® POM-GF: is a sheet/bar made of fiber-reinforced acetal material with higher mechanical strength and temperature resistance, creep resistance and dimensional stability than pure acetal. Pure formaldehyde is good. Can be used for a long time at -40 ° C -120 ° C temperature.
Hony® POM+MOS2: Polyoxymethylene (POM) is a special wear-resistant engineering composite that is prepared by mixing molybdenum disulfide wear-resistant particles. This material is more wear-resistant than pure POM.
Hony® POM+PTFE30%: POM+PTFE 30% is a blend of POM and Teflon material, retaining most of the strength of POM. After adding Teflon, the material properties change, soften, reduce rigidity, and the surface is more slip.
Hony® Conductive POM: is a conductive material made by modifying polyoxymethylene as a substrate. The antistatic value of all parts is 104-105. After friction or machining, the antistatic value does not change. The long-term use temperature is -40-100 °C.
Hony® ESD POM: is an antistatic material made of POM. It has an antistatic value of 106-109 in all parts and a temperature of -40-100 °C. Ideal for machining on automatic lathes, it is especially suitable for the manufacture of precision parts.
II. Features
Advantage:
♦ High surface hardness and dense surface, it has low wear, fatigue and impact resistance, low friction coefficient and self-lubrication. Therefore, it is the material of choice for manufacturing gears.

stable
♦ Good dielectric properties, solvent, no stress cracking, no porosity
♦ Resistance to twisting, immediately after the external force is removed, it will be restored as

♦ Low water absorption
Disadvantages:
♦ Good resistance to organic solvents and alkalis, but not strong acids and strong oxidants
♦ Low weather resistance, not resistant to light, especially ultraviolet light
