SFB Stainless steel centrifugal transfer pump

SFB stainless steel corrosion resistant centrifugal pump is our development of corrosion resistant stainless steel centrifugal pump. The impeller of SFB stainless steel pump adopts semi-open or closed structure. The pump and motor are directly connected (direct connection type) and with the bearing bracket type .  The pump shaft seal adopts cantilever type mechanical seal.

SFB Stainless steel centrifugal pump has the advantages of reliable corrosion resistance, Easy to use and maintain, compact structure, low energy consumption, good sealing performance etc.

Application:

SFB stainless steel corrosion resistant centrifugal pump can transport the liquids with the temperature no higher than 90 degree Celsius (direct connection type) or no higher than 105 degree Celsius (with bearing bracket type). The liquids can include or exclude small soft particle or fiber.

Product features:

1. Flow parts and connection frame: 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel

2, mechanical seal: static ring: silicon carbide or graphite.  Dynamic ring silicon carbide or graphite impregnated furan resin.

3. Rubber structure parts: fluororubber.1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.

4, Pump material: Stainless steel 304, SS316 etc according to the pumped liquids

Such as: flow parts with 316 or transport solvent materials, shaft seal with ptfe.Or other kinds of dynamic and static ring.
