Product introduction
Stainless steel Commercial egg white and yolk separator produced by our company is composed of egg breaker and egg yolk separator. The egg breaker simulates the artificial breaking of eggs delivered to the egg breaking station, and then pulls the eggshell apart by a special knife blade, so that the egg liquid can flow out. The egg liquid can be transported to the separating device through the receiving liquid tray and the guiding trough, and the egg white and the egg yolk can be separated by the separating device, and the egg yolk can be separated into the corresponding containers.
The appearance of the equipment is made of 304 stainless steel for easy cleaning. The whole
structure is compact, covers a small area, the output is moderate, so as to ensure the freshness
of the egg, suitable for small and medium-sized food factories, pastry and other units to use.

Working environment: temperature +10 to +65 degrees below 90% relative humidity.
Storage environment: temperature -25 to +65 degrees below 90% relative humidity.

Product packaging and disassembly instructions

1. Preparation work
The equipment adopts steel strip-edged wooden boxes. Before disassembly, check the appearance
of the packages in place to see if they are complete. If defects are found in the packages, contact
the supplier in time and assist in handling transportation accidents.
Prepare the horn hammer, screwdriver and movable wrench before opening the box
2. Disassembly work
The steel band around the packing box is buckled up one by one with a horn hammer and a
screwdriver, so as to avoid damage to the steel band buckle as far as possible. Then the top cover
of the packing box is removed first, and the side plate is removed one by one. This process avoids
violent disassembly. After disassembly, the side and the top cover are completely preserved for
1-2 weeks, and can be located after the equipment is commissioned and put into use. Rational
packing box.
Then find the packing list, packing items in the corresponding list, and take them out one by one.
Installation position of the main frame caster is fixed on the tray by bolt, and the bottom bolt is
removed by movable wrench. In this process, the tray is prohibited to tilt, causing equipment to
slide and injure people. According to the conditions, the auxiliary equipment can be selected for
disassembly, and the corresponding protection measures must be taken.
