 The modified phenolic aldehyde wall thermal insulation board series WW-W3 is a thermal insulation material which has dual properties of energy saving and fire protection developed by our company. By improving the synthetic process and foaming technology of phenolic resin, it not only maintains the original burning resistance of phenolic plastic (1200, 45 oxygen index), low smoke quantity and stable high temperature performance. In addition, the advantages of adiabatic heat insulation, sound insulation, good durability and easy forming process have also overcome the shortcomings of the brittleness of phenolic foam, low strength, high water absorption and slightly corrosivity.
The modified phenolic exterior wall thermal insulation board has both excellent fireproof performance as well as inorganic material. It also has excellent quality, light and energy saving properties of organic materials. It has the effect of "double insurance" for fire protection and energy saving. It is the best material in all insulation materials, and is also the best material to solve the wall temperature protection system.
There are three kinds of products in this series, the first one is double sided non-woven phenolic aldehyde wall insulation board (WW-W3-SW), the second is double faced cement based phenolic external wall insulation board (WW-W3-SN), the third is double sided aluminum foil phenolic external wall insulation board (WW-W3-SL), which is mainly used in curtain wall system.
