One. Performace:

Frame type has strong rigid structure, high precision, strong eccentric load resistant capacity; hydraulic control system use servo and plug in type integrated system, reliable action, long service life, small hydraulic impact, decrease connect channel and leak point; use touch screen to control press and electrical equipment, electrical equipment use programmable PLC, this can make machine work delicacy and reliable, use and maintain convenient. It has three operation mode, adjust, manual operation and semi-automatic, and also two process specification, fixed range and fixed pressure.

   The machine welded with steel plate, four angle eight side right angle guide way. The equipment consists of main machine and control organ, connected by channel and electrical device, make up the whole machine. The main machine consists of body, main cylinder, stroke limit device and so on. The control organ consists of hydraulic power unit (power system), electrical box, mobile operation table and so on. Now a part of the structure and the function as follows:

Ⅰ.Device debugging

1. The foundations of the equipment, the supplier provide drawings,the buyer is responsible for concrete construction.

1. After the products in the supplier's factory assembly finished,please notify the buyer's specific time of delivery and installation required to prepare promptly.

2. The supplier is responsible for the installation work of the equipment,the buyer need  cooperate and provide the hoisting equipment, water, electricity and necessary conditions installation required.

3.  When the equipment is installing and debugging,the supplier should provide the buyer with free technical personnel training and technical advisory services.

4. When finished the installation and debugging, according to the agreement and related technical appendix that both sides have signed,we should check and accept mutually.

5. The company is responsible for testing equipment and installation instruction,the user to send officers to cooperate and provide the necessary hoisting tools.
