On January 14, 2025, the Preparatory Meeting for the 5th China International Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation, Refrigeration and Cold Chain Expo (RACC Expo) was held in the conference room on the 7th floor of China Chamber of International Commerce Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce (CCOIC Zhejiang).
The two sides attended the meeting, including Yan Jia, Vice President of CCOIC Zhejiang, Pan Jiansong, Secretary General, Sun Meng, Director of Trade and Investment Services Department, and Lv Mingle, General Manager of Hangzhou Fima Expo Co., Ltd, and Liu Chunyan, Deputy General Manager. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on the preparation issues for RACC2025, including visitor invitations, forum activities, exhibition services, etc., jointly being committed to creating a high-quality and exciting international refrigeration event!
During the beginng of the meeting, Lv Mingle, General Manager of Fima Expo, reported the preparations for RACC2025. As the RACC Expo organizer, Mr. Lv first expressed his gratitude to the CCOIC Zhejiang for its long-term support and guidance since the first session. The Expo has grown rapidly from about 200 exhibitors in the first session to 642 exhibitors in the fourth session last year, winning wide recognition both at home and abroad, and it has become an internationally influential brand Exhibition. The fifth session will be held in 2025, which will be a milestone, and a grand celebration will be held. Not only will the number of exhibitors and exhibition area be increased, but also a comprehensive upgrade will be made to improve the exhibition level and service level, creating a more open and harmonious communication platform for global practitioners. It is expected that the exhibition area will exceed 70,000 sqms, more than 900 global exhibitors, and more than 150 international high-end professional forums and summits, which will attract more than 40,000 domestic professional buyers. By now, the number of registered exhibitors has increased by more than 1 times year-on-year.
As the organizer of RACC Expo, Vice President Yan of CCOIC Zhejiang has always been very concerned about the various work of the Expo. He has guided the relevant work of the Expo many times and offered supports through the channels and resources of CCOIC Zhejiang. He is pleased to see the fruitful results achieved by the RACC Expo. Vice President Yan said that the RACC2025 will be listed in the annual key work plan of the CCOIC Zhejiang, and showed that they will continue to assist in the organization work of the Expo and instructed the two sides to do a good job in inviting visitors, serving all the enterprises, promoting industry exchanges and cooperation, and jointly hosting the 5th RACC Expo. Secretary-General Pan Jiansong said that we should give full play to our respective advantages, do a good job in service work in all aspects of the Expo, comprehensively improve visitors and exhibitors’ satisfaction, and make every effort to ensure that the Expo to be held in an orderly and successful manner.
