UK: LG has launched AC EZ Touch, a new controller for its commercial air conditioning and heating products.
The new controller offers smart management with a 5in colour LCD touch screen for small sites and provides group and individual control. It can be scheduled weekly or yearly and has a total or partial individual controller lock.
There’s also a power consumption monitor with Pdi, an emergency stop and total on/off control. Two set points are available – cooling and heating – on each indoor unit with an auto change-over setting – for heat recovery only.
Users can control each space through an IP network, but access via smart phones is not available with this unit. As with other LG controllers, statistics of operational status – time and power consumption – are provided to help make intelligent system operation decisions. The alarm indicator operates when there are errors, or if it’s time to change the oil or filters.
