Fire Tube Structure:
Fuel Gas fired in the furnace, and the high temperature gases pass though the first flue tube bundle, turn 180
° then enter the second flue tube bundle. The heat of the gases is transferred through the walls of the tubes by thermal conduction, heating the water and ultimately generating steam.
Wet back Structure:
The reversal chamber is completely surrounded by water and therefore the heat in the flue gases is optimally utilized! Radiation losses are reduced as none of the parts of the combustion chamber are open to atmosphere instead they are surrounded by water. That means fewer losses, and lesser fuel bills.
3-Pass Structure:
The smoke burn in the furnace combustion with Micro positive pressure. High temperature gases pass the furnace though the reversal chamber turn 180 ° into the first flue tube bundle, then go though the frontal gas chamber turn 180 ° into the second flue tube bundle, through the convective heat transfer back into the atmosphere!

Reverse chamber is in the end of   corrugated furnace, which is set in boiler water completely, forming

wet-back structure.

Corrugated Furnace

Flame come out of burner and go into corrugated furnace. Central heating parts of boiler.

Front Smoke Box Door

After coming out of corrugated furnace and reverse chamber, flame and high temperature gas go through short spirally smoke tubes to front smoke box, forming second heating pass, and then through spirally long smoke tubes to back smoke box, forming third

heating pass.

Spirally Smoke Tubes

Flame and high temperature gas flow  through them forming three heating passes, reinforcing heating, reducing welding stress.

Rock Wool Insulation

Packed out of boiler proper, insulation layer reduce heat loss

Production Process

Production flow is as follows,
1.Material inspection, including steel plate, seamless steel tube, rock wools, fire-proof cement, etc.
2.Rolling, automatic welding and x-ray testing of boiler drum
3.Welding wet-back smoke chamber and corrugated furnace
4.Welding spirally corrugated tubes, front and rear tube plates, base
5.Welding tube sockets of pressure gauge, water level gauge, safety valves, blow-down valve
6.Hydrostatic test the boiler drum
7.Descaling and painting boiler proper to antirust
8.Welding front and rear smoke chamber, front doors and burner connection, chimney connection
9.Package insulation layer, rock wool, and outer cover stainless steel plate.
