Description of the filter
The industrial filter is composed of a shell, a multi filter element, an anti flushing mechanism, an electric control box, a speed reducer, an electric valve and a differential pressure controller. The inner cavity of the shell is divided into an upper and a lower two cavities, and the upper cavity is provided with a plurality of filter elements, which make full use of the filtering space, and the volume of the filter is significantly reduced. When working, the emulsion entrance into the filter chamber, and the inner baffle hole into the filter. Than the filter element gap impurities were trapped, the net liquid through the gap to reach the upper chamber, and finally sent out from the exit.
