Structure:

JC, JB and RB consist of two metal disk and vulcanized rubber column(metal disks is adhered on ends of rubber column); While QJ is just a rubber column.

Materials:

Rubber: NR 45-80 Shore A; Identification Code: 45/60/70/75/80NR11.

Application:

Widely used in various mechnical equipment, Engine, Compressor, Pump etc. With the fuction of absorbing vibration, Eliminating stress and displacement between fastenings.

Installation:

Rubber column isolator can bear stress of shear and compression or stress combines shear and compression. Under circumstance of dynamic shearing force, prestressing force compression ratio should be around 10% width that of rubber column.

Fittings:

Assembly parts(bolt, nut, center bore) should be available to adhere with rubber for easy installation.
