ROTER brand hygienic fan coil units are terminal units of central air conditioning system, they connected to chillers or heat pumps to cool and heat the air then supply the cold / hot air into room. There are ceiling concealed ducted type, ceiling suspeded type, floor standing type, and 4way Cassette type. 1. Ceiling Concealed Fan Coil Unit

Overview

(1) Duct type, 2pipe & 4pipe models are available
(2) Air flow: 340 - 2380m³/h; Cooling capacity: 2.15-16.36kW; ESP: 12Pa/30Pa/50Pa/60Pa/100Pa
(3) 20cm extended drain tray, stainless steel drain tray, electric heater are optional
(4) Accessories including thermostat and motorized valve are available for option
(5) High static pressure ducted series is optional, airflow up to 4600m³/h, ESP up to 120Pa

2. The water coil adopts OD9.52mm seamless copper tube and blue fin expanded together, coil is tested in factory performance test lab under 2.8MPa to guarantee the performance; 
3. Adopt single phase three speed capacitance type motor, and the fan blower adopt forward curved blades centrifugal galvanized steel fan blower which is dynamic and static balance tested; 
4. 3mm-5mm thick Washable nylon filter is factory standard, aluminum filter is optional; Return air plenum can be selected to factory built-in or not; 
5. High quality carbon steel plate drain pan insulated by 5mm PE. is factory standard; stainless steel drain pan and 200mm extended drain pan are optional; 
6. High quality brass coil header, bleeding valve is factory built in on each header, and the protect mounting bracket is factory installed as standard to protect header not easily to be damaged during tube connection to the header.

2. Ceiling Floor Fan Coil Unit

Overview

(1) Cabinet is made of ABS plastic and front galvanized steel
(2) 2pipe 3rows, 2pipe 4rows, and 4pipe 3+1rows are available
(3) Pipe connection can be changed at site (from left connection changed to right connection), this helps to save stock cost
(4) 2 Pipe unit can be changed into 4 pipe unit at site
(5) The decorative unit can be changed to concealed type by removing the cabinet

Product Features

1. Multiple functions:
    1) Pipe connection can be changed at site If you have left pipe connection unit in stock, and if your customers wants Right connection unit, you can remove out the coil from the unit and put back oppositely as above sketch A
    2) 2 Pipe unit can be changed into 4 pipe unit at site. If you have 2 pipe unit in stock, then you can mount one additional hot water coil onto the main cooling coil, then it will become 4 pipe unit as above sketch B
    3) Remove the cabinet (4 screws on the top and 2 screws at the bottom) ,then the unit will become without concealed type. sketch C

2. Casing is made of ABS plastic and front galvanized steel; Top grill is has fixed louvers and is reversible in order to distribute the air in two different directions; No screws to fix the grills which makes it is easy to remove the grills from the unit; Hidden boxes are reserved at left and right side of cabinet for thermostat installation

3. 4 Way Cassette Fan Coil Unit

Overview

(1) 2pipe and 4pipe models are available
(2) The panel is made of white ABS plastic; Casing is made of high quality zinc coated aluminum, adopts EPS material overal foaming and bonded to the drain pan
(3) External drain tray is optional
(4) Fresh air vent (inlet) can be reserved as per requirement

Product Features

1. The Casing is made of high quality zinc coated aluminum. It adopts EPS material overal foaming and bonded to the drain pan. The condensate area are double insulated
2. Front panel is made of white ABS plastic, with 4 way air supply and intake grill
3. Adopts Integral type "C" shape design of heat exchanger,  made of high quality φ 9.52 mm copper tube and high efficiency hydrophilic coated aluminum fin
4. Condensate drain pan adopt blister process and can be bond together with high condensity EPS foam drain pan at an organitic whole after heated. The drain pan and EPS foam both adopt anti-fire material
5. Condensate drain pump adopts intelligent high lift condensate water drainage pump can make the water height of 750 mm
6. Adopts 3D large dip angle spiral blades and rolling bearing motor, and there is anti vibration devices are adopted under motor
7. Automatic swing: the operation of 4 pieces of swing louvers are controlled by separately four stepping motors
8. Fresh air inlet can be reserved: fresh air from outdoor can be introduced into room which improves the indoor air quality
