We provide a wide range of HDPE pipes with diameter range of 20mm to 1200mm. The relevant fittings of pipe including of straight bore, elbow, three direct links, and valves are all manufactured in our factory. BRASS FITTING: F1 Brass Compression Fittings Material: Brass (Nickel Plating). Mainly for assembly use with aluminum-plastic composite pipe or PEX pipe we provide. Both ends connected to multi-later pipers of the same size. Made of brass (Color: natural or nickeled) F5 Brass Press Fittings Material: Brass (Nickel Plating). Mainly for assembly use with aluminum-plastic composite pipe or PEX pipe. Both ends connected to multi-layer pipes of difference sizes, made of plated brass with press sleeve. Aluminum Plastic Composite Pipe (PEX-AL-PEX Pipe) Aluminum plastic composite pipe is separated into five layers which are cross-linked polyethylene, hot-melt adhesive, aluminum pipe, hot-melt adhesive and cross-linked polyethylene in inside out order. The aluminum pipe is added to strength the composite pipe so that the finished pipe has both plastic ductility and metallic strength. Compared to regular plastic pipes, aluminum plastic composite pipe is more suitable to use as heat transmission pipes due to its higher temperature and pressure resistance, lower expansion coefficient and anti-permeability. Application The aluminum plastic composite pipe can be made into cold water pipe, hot water pipe and gas pipe and widely used in fields of drinking water system, natural gas, liquefied gas and coal gas transporting pipe systems. Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer? A: We’re professional manufacturer in China. Q: What is your MOQ? A: PPR pipe MOQ is usually 1000m for size from 20-32mm, 500m for size from 40-110mm. HDPE pipe MOQ is usually 1000m for small size, above 315mm according to customers’ projects quantities. Pipe fittings MOQ is 1carton. Q: What is your terms of payment? A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance against copy of B/L. Q: How long is your delivery time? A: Generally, Pipes will take 7-10 days after receiving deposit. Pipe fittings will take 20-25 days after receiving deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra?
