Refrigeration/air-Conditioning Piping Assembly

It is mainly applying to refrigeration and air-conditioning equipments. They could combine the 4-way reversing valve, check valve, thermo expand valve, filter-drier, distributor together with pipes in special shape by brazing process to make the unit assembly process be more convenient.

We can customize it as per your drawing or sample. Meanwhile, we can design it as per your requirement.

Technical performance:

1.Raw material: Copper: Alloy C12200/Cu-DHP，

Brass: Alloy C37700/CuZn39Pb2。 The material is passed strict quality inspection and physical & chemical testing.

2. The flattening at the bent part is 90%-106% of the diameter. Bent section shall be thinned to less than 30% of the straight wall thickness and inner radius portion of tube surface to be free of kinks and wrinkles.

3. The brazing joints are brazed under vacuum protection automatically with good surface and performance.

4. The surface is free of oxide, dirt and oil, which has nice appearance and good performance for brazing.

5. The part is passed airproof test at of over3MPa, and free of leak for 3 minutes. We could also take leak test by helium, and leak rate is less than 0.1 ounce per year (below1.8x10-5ATM CC/SEC).

6. The part complies with RoHS directive.
