Jieda Electric Water Heating Element is in tubular structure. It allows water flowing inside tube, and heat it by electric circuit on tube surface.
Compared with immersion electric water heater parts, Jieda thick film instant water heater heating element is advanced in higher power density(>60W/cm2), quicker temperature ramp-up rate (150℃/S), longer service life (>10,000 hours) and better thermal transfer(≥97%).
You can get 450ml boiling water (95℃±2℃) in 1 minute (2.2KW/220V, Inlet water temperature 20℃).
For applications where space is limited, this simple profile heater offers high thermal power density and fast response times to heat up or cool down (due to low thermal mass)
This electric heating element can be matched with thermostats (automatic reset and/or manual reset) and circuit control board.
Thermostat can directly access heating power supply circuit to control it connection or disconnection. Circuit Control Board can adjust the outlet water in multiple temperature levels.
Due to its tubular structure, the electric circuit on the tube surface heat water flow inside the tube. The thermal transfer rate is up to 96%. With its high power density (60W/cm²), you can get boiling water (above 95℃) in 3 seconds. 500-600mL/Minute.
For applications where space is limited, this simple profile heater offers high thermal power density and fast response times to heat up or cool down (due to low thermal mass).
