Copper Capillary
The copper tube our company produce are containing 99.9% copper
volume.
1.The working flow
We are usually producing the copper capillary according to our
customer's request. There are many kinds of specification for the copper
tube. Usually client will make an enquiry for this product and provide the
specification they want (some with drawings) to our company, if we
could make it, we will send the customer quotation. And if the client
accept the price, then place the order to our company. And we will
arrange the production to our workshop.
2.Our mainly customer
We have a lot of domestic clients like Guangdong Hengji, Guangzhou
Aoteng, Kehong, Guangzhou Panasonic and the foreign customers which
from Philippines, Malaysia,Indonesia,America,etc. They always place the
order monthly to purchase our products.
3.The package way and shipment way for exporting the copper tube
Usually we will put the copper capillary into the wooden box then send
the goods to our forwarder's warehouse before the shipment ETD. We
often ship out the goods by vessel in LCL.(in FOB term)
4.The kind of our copper capillary
Our copper capillary are devided into copper straight tube & copper coil.
if you want the copper straight tube, its length should not over 2.7.meters.
And if you want the copper coil, its length could not over 25 meters and
the copper coil will roll like a circle under the soft status.
Our copper capillary usually have soft & hard status, which we called
TP2M(soft status) & TP2Y (hard status). The difference for this two
status are the TP2M copper tube more easy bend than the TP2Y copper
tube.
