CPLR-A Cooling/Heating Air Curtain

General Features：

CONPIN CPLR-A Series Cooling/Heating Air Curtain is suspended from building top in installation, and the enclosure can be well hidden within the ceiling for better looking. CPLR-A air curtain takes advantage of the CPRF series air curtain as the baseline model, and CPLR-A is inspired by the ultra-thin AHU design skills.  CPLR-A is super compact in size, low noise, easy to install / maintain, and stable in performance. In addition, CPLR-A can bring excellent door sealing for both summer and winter conditions, which could help to effectively reduce the heat / cold loss from the building entrance. Consequently, better indoor thermal comfort could be realized, and less cooling/heating energy is required.

Fan:

High efficiency low noise electric motor with imported top tier 100,000 hours maintenance free bearings is adopted, together new developed centrifugal blower. The standard power input is 220v/50Hz. The latest generation centrifugal blower with 3-stage flow rate adjustability is employed.

Heat Exchanger:

CPLR-A series adopts primary grade TP2 copper tube and double-sine wave aluminum fin for the heat exchanger. The eat exchanger features high corrosion resistance, high pressure endurance, strong heat transfer stability, high heat transfer coefficient, and long service life. In heating condition, hot water is the heating course; in cooling condition, chilled water is the cooling source.

Filtration Device：

Non-woven filter net filter will be included on the air inlet side to avoid dust accumulation within the heat exchanger.

Door Sealing Height and Width：

Door Sealing Height 2~3.8 m,

Sizing Method:

Door height <2.5m，please pick the A1 series;

Door width ranges 2.0~2.8m,  please pick the A2 series；

Door height ranges 2.6~3.8m,  please pick the A3 series；
