CPTL-A Copper and Aluminum Compound Heating Radiator

CONPIN CPTL-A Copper and Aluminum Compound Heating Radiator adopts primary grade TP2 seamless copper tube and Aluminum alloy plate fin. Mechanical expanding is utilized through specially designed expanding devices. The compound heating convector features stylish design, elegant looking. Furthermore, it has high reliability, high corrosion resistance, long service life, and high heat transfer efficiency. CONPIN CPTL-A Copper and Aluminum Compound Heating Radiator is processed on fully auto-welding production line. Piercing-flanging compound die is used in the manifold processing, and the secondary flanging technology is employed, too.    

Installation Guide: 
1. Open the package carton box and remove the front panel for installation operation; 
2. Specify the heating radiator’s installation position and height; make sure the bottom of the radiator is at least 80-120mm away from the floor to ensure enough air circulation clearance; 
3. Drill the installation holes on the wall based on the mounting holes’ position on the CPTL-A series radiator, and use M8 expansion bolts to mount the convector on the dry wall; 
4. Install the manual control valve or automatic temperature regulating valve to control the heating convector’s heating capacity and water pressure drop. The main inlet/outlet water valves required to be installed for maintenance or replacement purpose in the future; 
5. Following the installation in the previous steps, please open the hot water inlet valve and the air vent to make the hot water to pass through and to make sure the air inside the radiator to escape from the tube. Then, please remind to close the air vent valve and cover the front panel on the right position.
