Product introduction
The DF/F-05 series screw cast brass valves can adjust the flow of cold/hot water after it is matched with the controller equipment of DF/Q motor actuator. It is available for the liquid control system such as the central air-conditioner, heating, water disposal, industry processing and so on.
Features
●The seal parts of valve stem: NBR seal parts of four-layer V type or O type group
●Valve stem: stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti
●Valve core: brass or 1Cr18Ni9Ti
●Bearing: 1.6MPa
●Work medium: water, flow temperature: -10~95℃
●Flow feature: less than 0.05% of KV
Installation and maintenance
- That valve stem running up means that valve is closing.
- Make sure the pipe is cleat before installation.
- It must be at the same point when the pipe and valve body are connected, the flow direction should be same as the direction of the label.
- When the actuator is installed on the valve vertically, it should be above the valve to leave enough space for daily maintenance.
●When maintenance, the electricity should be cut off and there is no pressure in the water system
