Working process	1.Italy Baltur burner burn oil fuels and blow the high temperature flue gas into boiler proper. The fan equipped in the burner blows the flue gas flow through corrugated furnace, smoke tubes, front and rear smoke boxes of boiler proper, chimney. 2.When the high temperature gas flows thourgh boiler proper, water in the boiler is heated and eventually turns out into steam. 3.Water first flow into water treatment equipment to remove Mg+ and Ca+, and then into water tank, finally into boiler drum. 4.Electrical cabinet show the datas of burner, pressure meters, water level meters, and other meters, and control the whole working system based on such datas.

Front Smoke Box Door

After coming out of corrugated furnace and reverse chamber, flame and high temperature gas go through short spirally smoke tubes to front smoke box, forming second heating pass, and then through spirally long smoke tubes to back smoke box, forming third

heating pass.

Spirally Smoke Tubes

Burner

Function:Ignite gas or oil fuels, two-stage operation (high/low flame). Burner's fan blows boiler furnace first, and then igniter lights fuel to burn.A controller of burner is equipped in electrical cabinet. When pressure reaches setting datas, electrical cabinet send signals to burner. Burner will adjust flame to large or small or stop automatically. When water level of the boiler is lower than the setting data, burner will stop automatically.
