Counter-current Evaporative Condenser
Working principle:
Heat exchange takes place between the high-temp Gaseous refrigerant in pipe coil and water sprayed onto it. The high-temp Gaseous refrigerant turns into liquid during the process.
The fresh air travels from the bottom to the top of the condenser, taking away the vapor of the heated spay water. The vapor water will be stopped by the water fender board and flows into the collection basin through pipe coils, and then pumped back into the circulation system. The lost water can be re-supplied with the water level regulator;
Feature:
The air and water goes in reverse directions, the fresh air flows into the condenser from the bottom, cooling the lower part of pipe coil to an over-cooled status; the condenser chamber tends to be negative pressure due to the blocking of the air-inlet grid, accelerating the evaporation;
Pipe coil:
Continuous bend coil pipe, with long flow path, few weld joint and leakage points;
Hot dipped galvanized technology adopted to improve the corrosion prevention performance;
Imported Aluminized zinc plate: composed by Al, Z, Si.
The material has the feature of aluminum which is corrosion resistant and heat resistance, but also the “galvanic anode” of Zinc, thus an ideal combination of aluminized plate and galvanized plate, with nice appearance and corrosion performance.
