How does a heat recovery heat pump work?

Normal air conditioner or heat pump cool the room by moving the heat to outside air. Hiseer AS66/R heat recovery heat pump cools the room by moving the heat from inside house to the water that stored in a tank. It works like a water cooled chiller with higher cooling COP.
