Phenolic foam aluminum foil composite air duct panel is light in weight, cost effective, reinforced with aluminum foil both side

Phenolic foam as the core material, we apply the surfaces of aluminum foil. Phenolic foam is light, so it’s easy to install and maintain. It is cost effective with even stronger compressive strength compared with the traditional air duct panel material. Phenolic foam is fire-proof, giving off no smoke or poisonous gas when exposed to fire. It’s totally environment-friendly.

The core material is reinforced with aluminum foil on both of the two sides. It's bending strength reaches over 1Mpa and the thermal conductivity index is 0.020w/mk.

Phenolic foam air duct panel is widely used in air conditioning systems for its superior properties. Our air duct panels make its own contribution to the Water Cube for the Olympic Games in Beijing, 2008.
