Product structure

 Heat wire: Positive resistance temperature coefficient of aluminum alloy.

Insulating layer: double layer structure, the quality of the insulating layer is critical to the service life of the heating cable. Our heating cable have been tested repeatedly that it doesn’t deform nor shrink.

Earth wire: 8pcs Tin-plated metal wire diameter of 0.4mm Tin-plated consist of the ground wire, the cable section of the 8 wire is of 1.0048mm² which meet International Electrotechnical Commission regulation IEC800 of more than 1mm² .

Metal shield layer:Electromagnetic field created around heating cable when cable is working, It will hurt humany beings or interrupt other appliance when electromagnetic field is more than 100 milliamps. The metal shild layer enable to control electromagnetic field within wire rather than radiating to outside, then the earth wire take the electromagnetic field into the ground, making the heating cable and the earth to form a potential. Our cable test is 13 milliamps Max.,6 milliamps Min., which is far below national standard of 100 milliamps. It is safe to use without any harm.

Sheath layer: high quality PVC with excellent performance of anti corrosion, anti acid and alkali, anti aging, and 100% water-proof.

Outstanding Technology Features

Adding special high temperature resistant substance between heat wire and XLEP insulating layer, which do not to deform, melt, go bad nor burn up at temperature of 140℃. This greatly improves the service life of the cable and adapt to various environmental condition.Also, the cable applies “a small diameter metal wire butt joint method” that melting the heat wire and cold lead wire into one thing, which transits smoothly and avoid accidents due to cold and heat transit on conjunction cause expansion or bad connection.
