Principle
Fisrt,the water enters into the coarse strainer(witch is in order to prevent fine strainer).Then water enters into the fine strainer,Impurities will accumulate in the internal of fine strainer,When the pressure differential between water inlet and outlet reaches to pre-setting value,the motor will wrk automatic.The motor will drive coupling rod rotating and in vertical direction.The sucking nozzle will suck the impurities from the internal surface of fine strainer,Last the impurities will be drained by automatic drain valve.The system's water do not need stop in cleaning process.
Control system of sucking type filter is PLC program developed by our company.There are pressure differential control and time set control .So it will clean automatic whether which process reaches to corresponding value.what's more, operator can select continuous cleaning operation.When the equipment has something wrong,it will send the alert information.
