Working Principle

This Freezer is adopts two section conveying structure as quick freezing and deep freezing. 

1> The foods moving on the conveyor belt and begin to loose with the increasing of the air velocity. 

2>When the air pressure reaches a certain scale  the food particles will floating up cause the bed expansion 

and big void fraction make the form of fluidized bed. 

3>The floating food will realize the individually and quickly frozen through suffering the strong cold wind 

by fluidized bed blowing from bottom to up. The frozen food will through quickly cooling, surface freezing 

and deep freezing three phases, so as to gain the highest quality of frozen food.
