Cable tray production line: 

The ecomomical type of cable tray produciton line developed by Tianjin Coorig Technology Co.,Ltd is composed by three parts: groove tray production line, connecting plate production line, ventilation hole automatic punch production line, it can complete the cable tray production for width between 100-800mm and height less than 200mm. this line is characterized that the cost of the equipment is much lower than the existing automatic production line in the market, the production efficiency is much higher than the traditional processing methods of folding and cutting. 

Automatic cable tray production line not only can produce the cable tray, it can also produce the cover of the cable tray. it can complete three pieces of two meters long cable tray per minute for uncoiling, leveling, punching, shearing. fully automated production. reduce the labor intensity and saving labor, the whole production line just needs two or three workers to operate, high efficiency and suitable for mass production. 

FUNCTION: 

this production line is mainly used to complete the groove type cable tray, the processing width: 100-800mm; height less than 200mm for groove type cable tray. it can also complete the cover production for trable tray. the production line can complete uncoiling, leveling, punching, shearing and forming automatically.

Used for storage of coils and provide sheet metal for forming part. Adopt Synchronous hydraulic tensioning de-coiler and electric material discharge.

Automatic cutting part (main machine)

Main features: Complete automatic guided feeding, automatic leveling, automatic punching, automatic cross-cut to length.

1. Material guiding platform: use mechanical platform for feeding, with limit adjustments for sheet adjusting and moving freely in order to accommodate different widths of material coil, enable the material feeding stable and reliable.

2. Leveler: adopt two feeding rollers, roller diameter: 96mm

Using upper 4 rollers and lower 5 rollers, total 9 rollers of leveling mechanism, the lower roller is initiative roller and the upper roller is passive roller, the roller diameter : 96mm; two length measuring rollers, roller diameter: 84mm

Roller material: 45 # steel quenching, grinding Cr plated polished

Drive: Mitsubishi inverter, Zhejiang ZhouYi inverter motor 7.5KW + precision worm gear reducer

Maximum speed: 20m / min

Maximum leveling width: 1050mm

Leveling thickness: 0.5 ~ 2.0mm

Punching device: complete cable tray connecting holes (6-9x16), ground hole (φ6.5), cable tray cover mounting holes (9x16) 6 sets of molds

Punch head material: tungsten steel, two sets corresponding to different thickness

Adjustment: Bilateral manually adjusted screw to correspond to different sheet width

The overall mold being fixed on the linear guide for location adjustment conveniently and ensure the stability of the position.

Warranty:

1. From the date of the normal use of the equipment: one-year warranty, non-users causes damage to the components and parts are free replacement within the warranty period. (Wearing parts are not covered under warranty)

2. We will provide the maintenance for the machine after the warranty expires, we provide the technical personnel for on-site service, the buyer should bear

the relating air flight tickets cost and accommodations for our technical personnel travelling and reasonable labor costs.
