RW-SSOS96 Series secondary oil separator for screw comressor is designed for full liquid unit and system which operates in work condition of high compress rate. It can make a little of oil the inner of system , so increasing heat exchange efficiency and reducing the danger of oil lose. The operational principle of RW-SSOS-96 series secondary oil separator for screw compressor is that: at first, make centrifugal oil separation to separate most of oil from refrigerant.and then gas expand and flow speed reduced, airflow direction move slowly from downside to upside. Oil remain in the refrigerant is separated due to the function of gravity.

At last, RW-SSOS-96 series secondary oil separator for screw compressor is designed a set of adsorptive sieve which can collect the last oil fog. There is a oil return cut-off valve on the bottom of F-96 series secondary oil separator for screw compressor Through connect to a oil circuit solenoid valve, and it can directly send the separated lubricant back the suction side of the compressor.
