ROTER brand modular hygienic air handling unit is terminal unit of central air conditioning system, it needs to connect to chillers or heat pumps to cool and heat the air then supply the cold / hot air into room. (1) Modular structure, multiple functional sections can be selected as per requirements
(2) Double wall sandwich panels can be filled with PU foaming: 25mm, 30mm and 50mm
(3) Horizontal and vertical type are available; indoor and outdoor applications are available
(4) The coil can be selected hydronic system or Direct Expansion (DX) system, to work with chiller, outdoor condensing unit or VRF unit

Product Features

1. The casing is made of integral foaming panels surrounded by aluminum alloy profile frame with concave-convex grooves, and the high-density frame structure is interlocked in the form of tenons. The mechanical strength of the casing can reach the AHRI1350 CD4 level, and the air leakage rate can reach the AHRI1350 CL1 level.
2. The inside of the casing is isolated from the outside by high-pressure polyurethane foaming and specially designed rubber sealing strips to prevent cold bridges. The cold bridge factor can reach AHRI1350 CB2 level. The outer metal sheet is wrapped in the aluminum profile frame, and the corners of the sheet metal are isolated from the moist air to avoid rust
3. The panel is made of polyurethane forming, the foaming density is ≥50kg/m3. The thermal insulation performance can reach AHRI1 350 CT2 level.
4. RZK series modular air handling unit can meet customer’s non-standard requirements of various purification places because there are different functional sections can be added according to requirements.
5. Professional Selection software, and the coil is designed with AHRI certified selection software, made of high-quality copper pipes that comply with RoHS certification and hydrophilic aluminum fins combined with advanced mechanical expansion process.
