This unit works near by sea, used for soap stamping, 25ton cooling capacity, -35C outlet required.

The anti-corrosion treatment that needs to be done because of the external environment, and the seaside. The seaside air contains a large amount of salt that evaporates with seawater. It dissolves in small water droplets and transforms into a high concentration of salt spray, and then quickly decomposes into sodium ions and active chloride ions, and then chemically reacts with metal materials with very active molecular formulas. Strongly acidic metal salts are formed, in which metal ions are reduced to form relatively stable metal oxides after contacting with oxygen. In this case, we use epoxy resin anti-corrosion treatment for the fins, FRP fans are used for the fans, and the entire machine casing is sprayed with anti-corrosion paint.
