Hinged door is made by plastic material and surface metal, with environmental PU of high density and fire resistance foaming inside, it has good sealing, and easy to install, so it is usually used for small cold room. Customers can choose hinged door of half buried or all buried depending on the situation of cold room, and also can choose different sizes. Common size of cold room hinged door is 700mm*1700mm, 800mm*1800mm, 1000mm*2000mm. If the height of cold room hinged door is more than 2 meters, it will be installed 3 or 4 hinges to make it stable.

Cold Room Hinged Door designed and manufactured by GYW is widely used for cold rooms or freezer rooms from temperatures of -36° C to normal operating temperatures. Cold room hinged door panels are seamlessly joined together by means of tongue and groove, they are locked together by cam-lock on each side of the panel to ensure air tight joints. Cam-lock design fastener to install with the cold room tightly and strongly. Door leaf :

As standard, the door leaf is made of galvanized steel sheet 0.5 mm thick with multi-layer protection from an anti-corrosion coating, a primer and a protective and decorative coating made of white polyester paint (RAL 9003). It is possible to manufacture in another color according to the RAL catalog. Coating thickness 25 microns. Depending on the degree of aggressiveness of the working environment of the room where the door will be installed, it can be made of stainless steel AISI 304 for food or AISI 430 for non-food, Food Safe, PVDF or Granite Farm. The metal ends give the door additional resistance to side impacts that are inevitable during operation. A special film with a thickness of 50 microns protects the door from damage during transportation and installation, can be freely removed after installation.

Thermal insulation :

The door filler is rigid PUR polyurethane foam with a density of up to 50 kg / m³. The thermal conductivity coefficient of the door filler PUR 0.022 W / (m * K) allows you to effectively keep warm or cold.
