Shot blasting cleaning room

Shot blasting cleaning room is composed of chamber shell and guard plate.The dust removal port is arranged on the rear side wall.The shell of shot blasting room is welded steel plate and section steel, which is a sealed and spacious operation space for shot blasting.Two sets of shot blasting assembly are installed on one side wall of the shot blasting room to ensure the complete shot blasting of the cleaned workpiece.The area directly ejected by the shot blasting device in the compartment is lined with ZGMn13 of thickness 12, and the other areas are protected with 65Mn plate.The guard plate is compressed with protective nut to facilitate disassembly and replacement when necessary.The lower part of the chamber is beveled with steel plates to form a funnel so that the projectile flows into a spiral conveyor at the bottom.

Shot blasting machine

Room hoist

The bucket elevator is composed of cycloidal needle wheel reducer and machine base, upper and lower rollers, conveyor belt, hopper, closed barrel and tensioning device.

The lower feed port of the bucket elevator is connected with the spiral conveyor, and the upper discharge port is connected with the pellet sand separator.Hoist housing adopts welding structure, beautiful appearance, good rigidity.The access door is provided on the hoist housing to repair and replace the hopper.Open the door cover on the lower housing to repair the lower transmission and eliminate the blockage of the bottom projectile.During operation, the hopper fixed on the conveyor belt will pick up the pellets at the bottom of the elevator, then, driven by the elevator mechanical and electrical machine, the pellets will be lifted to the top of the elevator, and finally, by centrifugal gravity, the pellets will be fed into the pellets for sand separation. At the same time, the elevator is equipped with a set of tensioning device.

When the belt is slack for a period of time, the belt can be tightened by adjusting the adjustment bolts on both sides of the lifting machine.The adjustment range is 100mm, and the adjustment amount at both ends should be consistent.

Shot sand separator

The machine adopts advanced curtain sand separator.The separator consists of separator screw, roller screen, shot bin and so on.A feeding port is provided at the funnel of the pellet sand separator to supplement the equipment with new pellets.The pellet sand mixture flowing from the bucket elevator is spiraled from the separator to the roller screen.The drum screen is provided with internal and external screw plates.When working, the inner screw plate moves the large particles such as sand blocks to the slag discharge outlet.After sieving, the pellets, sand and dust mixture is pushed by the spiral sheet outside the roller sieve and evenly distributed along the full length of the separator. Then the pellets flow uniformly to the bottom of the separator in the state of flow curtain through the adjustment of the separator's heavy hammer.At this point, the separator fan through the separator exhaust holes.According to the principle of gravity air separation, the pellets and metal oxide scale fragments, broken pellets and dust are separated effectively. The large particle waste flows out from the overflow port of the separator pellets, while the small pellets and dust flow out from the waste outlet, and the pellets enter the pellet bin for circulation.

Hook system

By hook, reducer, friction wheel, electric hoist components and so on.This system completes the functions of hanging workpiece, lifting the workpiece, transporting the workpiece into the chamber, and making the workpiece rotate in the cleaning room under the drive of the rotation device.

Screw conveyor

The screw conveyor is located at the bottom of the shot blasting chamber, and is composed of the screw shaft, blade, and both ends of the shaft head.The blades are welded to the spiral shaft.The lower drum of the hoist is mounted on one end of the screw shaft near the hoist.The screw conveyor is driven by the cycloid needle wheel reducer at the lower part of the hoist.During operation, the screw conveyor transports the pellet sand mixture to the bottom of the hoist, and then the hoist lifts the upper part and disloads it into the separator for pellet sand separation.Spiral conveyor and elevator together constitute the collection and recovery system of the projectile.
