Specifications

   Technical requirements

Transformer online monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is of great significance to improve the safety and stability of the power system. The online monitoring technology based on the analysis of dissolved gases in oil is the most common and most important technology in online monitoring of transformers. The analysis of the composition and content of dissolved gases in oil is one of the most effective measures to monitor the safe operation of oil-filled electrical equipment. The use of photoacoustic spectroscopy to analyze dissolved gases in oil to monitor the operation of oil-filled electrical equipment has the characteristics of maintenance-free, high real-time and high precision.

Technology

The DK-200F oil gas analyzer can realize gas analysis in multi-component oil, and the high-sensitivity measurement of short-path optical path can be realized by Finnish interference company's photoacoustic spectroscopy technology. Ultra-high sensitivity based enhanced cantilever beam Optical microphone technology enables linear dynamic range ratios up to 5 steps. Ultra-high sensitivity is achieved with 7 optical narrow-band filters. Extremely narrow optical filtering removes background gas interference; multiple spectral regions can be beneficial The smallest cross-sensitivity. The multi-gas analyzer is based on infrared photoacoustic spectroscopy technology. It has a pulsed infrared light source and passes through a narrow-band optical filter to form seven spectral bands in the mid-infrared region for gas analysis.

Characteristic

Sub-ppm detection limit

The oil and gas separation speed is fast, and special environmental adaptation technology is adopted to eliminate the influence of temperature and humidity changes on the gas distribution coefficient.

High anti-interference performance, electromagnetic compatibility performance meets gb/t17626 and iec61000 standards

Provide two levels of alarm function, alarm signal can be transmitted remotely

Open database for access to power system LAN

Faster analysis cycle with a minimum monitoring period of 10 minutes, which can be set by the user. The recommended detection period is 12 hours.

The system has a secondary gas threshold alarm and a growth rate alarm function, and the alarm concentration and growth rate can be set arbitrarily.

Equipped with an expert system for judging latent faults, the latest fault diagnosis technology uses the iec60599 standard and the improved fuzzy three-ratio method, David triangle, cubic graphic method and other methods.

It has historical data trend graph query, report format display and printing function, which is convenient for longitudinal comparison of monitoring data to analyze transformer operation and fault development trend.

Support iec 61850 communication standard, optical fiber or twisted pair optional

High degree of system integration, optional with core ground current and ambient temperature and humidity monitoring function

Double-circuit multi-mode constant temperature control, temperature control accuracy of ± 0.1℃, equipment equipped with automatic constant temperature industrial air conditioner

Functional interface circuit adopts optocoupler isolation design to further improve system anti-interference performance

Full digital, remote data transmission, control and parameter settings with Ethernet

Highly scalable for easy integration with other monitoring devices

Analysis software man-machine interface friendly, full Chinese interface, easy to operate, rich system features

The core unit is a standard 19-inch rack structure with a compact structure, small size, easy maintenance and group screen
