Automatic On-line Brush Tube Cleaning Systems for Heat Exchangers and Chiller Condensers have proven their effectiveness on efficiency and energy saving in industry and comfort cooling (HVAC).
Some features of EQOBRUSH cleaning system

High cleaning efficiency, each tube serves with a brush which compelled to move up and down, therefore the tubes are hundred percent cleaned.

Quick cleaning, a unique design of water reversing mechanism which makes each cleaning cycle can be finished within 1 min.

Free of chemicals, as all dirt has been cleaned before it’s accumulation on the wall of tube, there is not necessary to use any chemicals on the cleaning.

Hands-free operation, all cleaning circles are set to be automatic.

Minimal power consumption. As mentioned above, each cleaning takes less than 1min, the power consumption of one-year operation will be less than 20Kw/h.

Long term service, brushes are consider to be the consuming component, they are available to run for 5 years, the rest of the component available to use for over 20 years which cover the chillers lifespan.
