B4C is used to prepare: high grade wear-resistant welding rods to strength the wear resistance of welding face; grinding and polishing materials, water cutting abrasives and polishing materials for diamond abrasive tools; polishing and grinding of jewels.  Features: B4C is a kind of solid harder than SiC or WC,  which was used as coarse sand grinding material  a  long time ago.  B4C can hardly be casted  into artifacts due to its high melting point,  but it can be processed into simple shapes after high temperature melting to powder,  for grinding, cutting, drilling and polishing of hard alloys and jewels.
