Working principal:
The hand operated diaphragm pump is a leak-free pump, which pushes the double diaphragm to reciprocate synchronously through the hand wheel. The diaphragm deformation causes changes in volume, and the inlet and outlet one-way valve alternately opens and closes to form an alternating effect on fluid suction and pressure in the liquid cavity, so as to continuously inhale and discharge the liquid. This pump has excellent pressure flow automatic regulation characteristics when working, in the range of working pressure can be arbitrarily set pressure, even if the outlet plug flow is zero will not be damaged.
The manual diaphragm pump is used for water lifting operation with low head and small flow. It is composed of pump body, inlet and outlet water pipe, inlet and outlet water valve, diaphragm and push rod. The pump body may consist of one or two pump Chambers. A diaphragm pump having two Chambers is arranged at the center of the pump body or two separate Chambers are arranged at the outside of the two separate Chambers. When working, the hand wheel connected with the diaphragm is operated by hand to push the diaphragm into and out of the reciprocating movement, so that the volume of the two pump Chambers expand and shrink alternately. When the pump chamber expands, the pressure decreases, the inlet valve opens and the outlet valve closes, and water flows into the pump chamber from the inlet pipe. When the pump chamber shrinks, the pressure increases, the inlet valve closes, the outlet valve opens, the water in the pump chamber flows out from the drain pipe, the two pump Chambers alternately absorb and drain water, and the water can be carried 0 to 20 tons per hour.
