AC 220V condenser fan motor

· YZK series motors are plastic packing motors with single phase, 4 shaded poles and running at rated voltage of  220~240V, 50/60Hz or 110~120V, 60Hz. They are widely used in the evaporator and condensor and other  refrigeration equipments.

· The output power is from 5W to 30W, which is relative to the stator lamination thickness and coil parameters.

· The insulation class of the motor is B, and the protection class of that is IP42, on request IP44 is available.

· The applicable ambient temperature is from -30℃~50℃

· The average service life of motors is over 50000 hours

Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are factory specialized in shaded pole motors.

Q2: Do you do OEM service?
A: Yes, OEM service is available. We can produce by your samples or technical drawings.

Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it will take 3-4 days for dispatch preparation if stock available.
Or it will take 25-30 days for mass production if stock unavailable and depend on the order quantity and production schedule. Our monthly production capacity is around 40000pcs.

Q4: How do you pack the motors during transportation?
A: Foam plastic inside and carton box.

Q5: Do you have any kind of quality control system?
A: Our factory is ISO certified and we have a strict QC system with testing machines for each batch. All motors will be inspected and tested before delivery.

Q6: Can I have a sample order for motor? Can the sample be free?
A: Yes, sample orders are welcomed to test and check quality. Mixed samples are also acceptable. The samples can be provided for free within 2 pieces and you are expected to pay sea/air freight.
