1. Product Description

General structure: The working pressure of horizontal autoclave is generally less than 1.2MPa, belonging to low pressure vessel. Single cylinder structure is composed of a tank, tank cover and a switch locking device, heating device and other auxiliary equipment. The tank door structure is quick open with tooth type

2. Applicable Scope

Usage: It is mainly used in vulcanization of rubber products, rubber hose, rubber roller, SBR thermoplastic, etc., as well as tire retreading and wood processing. It is widely used in rubber, cable, printing and dyeing, chemical, building materials and other industries.

1. Used in tire, rubber sleeve cable, rubber shoes, rubber hose, rubber roller, rubber belt, belt, conveyor belt, rubber ball, rubber lining, rubber cloth, rubber head, gloves, red flag, etc.

2.Wood drying, wood preservative, wood fire prevention, wood impregnation, wood color, wood cooking, bamboo carbonization, wood modification, wood optimization, wood fire retardant .

3.Also used for Yarn thread, mane, socks heat setting, high pressure modification and degreasing of horn and bone, feather hydrolysis, oxidation treatment of aluminum products, steaming and cooking of carbon materials, asbestos friction materials, gypsum and its products.

3.Working Principle

Wood Sterilization

Heating sterilization:The temperature of 44 degrees can stop the growth of decay fungi, but cannot kill it. In the condition of above 66 degrees by treating 24h with hot air, it can kill decayed and discolored fungi.

Heating Way: Steam Heating            Vacuum Degree: 0—0.098MPa

Working Medium: Steam                Working Pressure: -0.1-4.0MPa

Working Temperature:0-180℃

Punching for the steam tube is done with a special punch - register device.

  Firstly, drilling holes used in the following steps in the tank in advance.

  Secondly, put steel rings welded on the tank. The rings are used to fix the mineral wool.

  Thirdly, use mineral wool, the material of which is aluminium silicate, to wrap around the tank body for preservation.

  Lastly, use insulation board to be welded around the tank. It is finished.

When loading, our workers will fix the retorts tightly with steel wire rope so that the retorts can't move arbitrarily in the container.
