1. Product Description

General Structure: The working pressure of horizontal autoclave is generally less than 1.2MPa, belonging to low pressure vessel. Single cylinder structure is composed of a tank, tank cover and a switch locking device, heating device and other auxiliary equipment. The tank door structure is quick open with tooth type.

2. Applicable Scope

(1)    Rubber vulcanization: Used in tire, rubber sleeve cable, rubber shoes, rubber hose, rubber roller, rubber belt, belt, conveyor belt, rubber ball, rubber lining, rubber cloth, rubber head, gloves, red flag, etc.

(2)    Wood processing: Wood drying, wood preservative, wood fire prevention, wood impregnation, wood color, wood cooking, bamboo carbonization, wood modification, wood optimization, wood fire retardant

(3)    Others: Also used for Yarn thread, mane, socks heat setting, high pressure modification and degreasing of horn and bone, feather hydrolysis, oxidation treatment of aluminum products, steaming and cooking of carbon materials, asbestos friction materials, gypsum and its products.

3.Working Principle & Features

The use of stainless steel flange electric heating tube, the heating wire of which is insulating oxidized rice materials, its power is 60 kilowatts, distributed in the bottom of the tank, divided into 3 groups to control individually. After reaching the setting temperature, only one group is kept to insulation and curing, which greatly saves energy consumption. Sink height is14mm and the water volume is 0.35 cubic meters. According to the principle of the upward diffusion of steam, the steam generated by the electric heating pipe is diffused from the lower to the top, so that the steam in the pot can be recycled uniformly.

Heating Type: Electric steam heating

Opening door type: Manual quick opening, single man can easily complete all the steps. This design is the most advanced way and idea of opening the door. Open and close the door normally when it is power failure.

Sealing Method:The door uses inflatable silicone sealing ring, which is simple and convenient to maintain and the sealing effect is obviously better than other methods with more than 2 years of service life.

Safety chain type: 3 sets of safety interlock devices are designed at the tank door. It solves the safety problems caused by mistaken operation completely.

Control Type: PLC Computer Full-automatic Control, Computer Semi-automatic Control and Manual Control

Insulation Type: It uses double layer external insulation, saving thirty percent of energy consumption than ordinary insulation. 

Loading mode: There are two 36# steel rail with the national standard in the tank. A filtering net is covered in the discharge hole which is easy to clean the sundries without clogging the outlet.

4. Technical Parameters

The design temperature and design pressure of the curing autoclave is 190℃ and 0.85MPa.The common specifications are here,you can also customize your wanted  size according to your specific requirements.And the thickness is generally 8,10,12 mm.

 Firstly, drilling holes used in the following steps in the tank in advance.

 Secondly, put steel rings welded on the tank. The rings are used to fix the mineral wool.

 Thirdly, use mineral wool, the material of which is aluminium silicate, to wrap around the tank body for preservation.

 Lastly, use insulation board to be welded around the tank. It is finished.
