Summary

1.    HY-HTF series axial flow fan of fire protection, high temperature and smoke exhaust. It is designed of multi-objective optimization with CAD software. It uses mould pressing axial impeller, built-in high temperature motor and equip with special motor cooling system.

2.    Use double speed motor and direct connection drive, reach the effect of one machine dual use (In usual, its function is ventilation of supply air and exhaust air; In fire situation, its function is exhaust smoke of high temperature). It can be Auto. Remote controlled after equipping with electric cabinet.

3.    It has many advantages, such as: high performance of high temperature resistance, high efficiency, small volume, easy installation (horizontal, vertical or lifting), and so on. It is widely used for ventilation of supply air and exhaust air and exhaust smoke of high temperature in many sites, such as: high-rise buildings, drying room, underground garage, metro, tunnel, and so on.

4.    According to the Public Safety Industry Standards of GA 211-1999 < High temperature-resistant test methods for fire fan in smoke-venting system>, it can be continuous running more than 60 minutes under the condition of high temperature 300℃ and continuous running 20 hours/time without damaged under the condition of medium temperature 100℃.

5.    The basic shape is axial-flow type, it can be directly connected with air duct or wall mounting. The installation type has horizontal type and rooftop type. Greatly save the area.

Processing technic

1. The fan impeller is made of steel. The hub is hydraulic stretch forming. The vane is hydroform after punching. The vane and hub are welded and assembled to form. The impeller pass the correcting and drilling balancing of static and dynamic, balancing precision is not more than G5.6 grade.
2. The flange of outer cylinder is flanged and spined to form integrally.

Notice:

1. The foundation height of rooftop type fan ≥250mm; Retaining bolt hole “m” is just for your reference. If user doesn’t require, our factory don’t punch hole generally.
2. Generally, don’t punch hole on flange when the fan is leaving factory. “n-φ1” is just for your reference. If user want the installation hole, please indicate it separately when order.
