Features and Application

1. HY-XPZ(GYF)series fire protection specialized fan of high temperature ejecting smoke

Its performance can reach domestic leading level after passing the test qualification by “China National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision Center”

2. Excellent performance of high temperature resistance

According to the Public Safety Industry Standards of GA 211-1999 < High temperature-resistant test methods for fire fan in smoke-venting system>, it can be continuous running more than 60 minutes under the condition of high temperature 300℃ and continuous running 20 hours/time without damaged under the condition of medium temperature 100℃. It is widely used for ventilation of supply air and exhaust air and exhaust smoke of high temperature in many sites, such as: high-rise buildings, drying room, underground garage, metro, tunnel, and so on.

3. Wide range of application

According to the different demand of high-grade civil-purpose architectures, it can be equipped with driving type of variable speed or multispeed, so that to reach the effect of one camera dual use (In usual, its function is ventilation of supply air and exhaust air; In fire situation, its function is exhaust smoke of high temperature). The shape of blade has two types of axial-flow type and oblique-flow type, so that the serials of fan has the wide range of performance parameters. If customer want the fan with low noise, we can make it into the silencer type fan.

4. High efficiency

The series of fan is a new kind of fan which is research and development, designed of multi-objective optimization with advanced CAD software. After actual testing, it can show that the efficiency of fan is more than 80% and the efficiency of some big fan is more than 85%. The series of fan has the feature of flat efficiency curve which is good for energy saving.

5. Easy installation and needing smaller floor space than centrifugal fan

The basic shape is axial-flow type or oblique-flow fan, it can be directly connected with air duct or wall mounting. The installation type has vertical type or horizontal type. Greatly save the floor space.
