Description

1. The reactive muffler is formed from the effect of expansion chamber between the section mutation of inner duct and outer duct. It has effective silencing of noise with low frequency and some of medium-high frequency, because the resistive muffler is composed of acoustic panel.

2. The section of the muffler should be based on these factors to determine model, specification and number of section that system's air volume, designed wind speed of duct, noise characteristic of fan, natural attenuation of noise, noise requirement of air-conditioned room, etc. The effective silencing of unit length is low frequency10~15 dB, medium frequency 15~25 dB, high frequency 25~30 dB. Resistance loss is small and average resistance value ζ=0.4, airflow velocity between 6~12m/s.

3. It is steel frame structure. The muffler sheet is made of superfine glass wool of 20~30Kg/m³ laying outside galvanized perforated plate with perforated percentage ≥20%. The length L=1600mm of model 1~4 can be used alone. The length L=900mm of model 5~10 can be used alone or tandem. The size of interface flange is available from standard dimension list or according to universal size of duct.
