Description

1. This muffler is straight tube type and also is the most basic type. It works with sound-absorbing perforated plate laying on pipe wall which filled with superfine glass wool material. So, it can reduce noise and have silencing effect.

2. It is small volume with simple structure and light weight. With steel frame, it is easy produced and installed, both for vertical and horizontal installation. The single absorption thickness of square pipe is 50mm while the one with rectangular pipe is 100mm.

3. The muffler sheet is made of superfine glass wool of 20~30Kg/m3 laying outside galvanized perforated plate with perforated percentage ≥20%. Therefore, it performs well for middle and high-frequency noise. It is suitable airflow velocity of 4~8m/s, low resistance loss, resistance coefficient ζ≤0.47.

4. It is applicable to small section of duct, generally A side ≤500mm, B side≤400mm.
