Description
HY-XZW-A Resistive Bend Muffler
1. It works with sound-absorbing perforated plate laying on pipe wall which filled with superfine glass wool material. So, it can reduce noise and have silencing effect.
2. It has three types and with structure of exterior angle tangent arc and inner circle arc. There is sound-absorbing baffles in the channel of model II, III which can improve the effective of silencing, reduce the resistance loss and regenerative noise.
3. Figure A×B in above picture belongs to the bend muffler of horizontal installation. Please definitely tell us horizontal installation or vertical installation before placing order and which is horizontal size. Radius of inner arc R=0.5 A.
4. It is suitable airflow velocity less than 8m/s, low resistance loss, resistance coefficient ζ≤0.47.
HY-XZW-B Resistive Short-Arm Bend Muffler
1. HY-XZW-B is same as HY-XZW-A, only inner arc radius R is different, its radius R=200mm. And Ⅱ,Ⅲ types bend muffler are equipped with acoustic deflector.
2. It has feature of small volume, low resistance loss, better silencing effect. Resistance value ζ≤0.7.
