Radio Remote Control System LHD Loader

Radio Remote Control LHD Loader can be operated either within line of sight or out of sight. In the line of sight remote control mode, the operator carries a portable remote control unit, within 100m range from the mine, using the eyes to observe the surrounding conditions, remote control operation LHD loader, to achieve safe and efficient mining process.

 Vehicular Radio Receiver

 

Vehicular radio receiver applied to complicated walking operation machinery. With ultra-modern 32-bit triple-core technology and 72MHz clock frequency and parallel processing capabilities, the controller in the performance of a new upgrade. The application field extends from the programmable control of the proportional electromagnet and the extra switching function to the coordination of the travel drive and drive control, as well as the walking machine high complexity control circuit. Up to 32 outputs (0% * Vbat to 100% * Vbat), 4 analog inputs, 8 digital inputs, and 1 CAN bus for intelligent communication. These control units provide a high-performance platform for all functions of walking machinery.
 

The receiver has a high-performance 32-bit microprocessor and all input and output circuits. Analog voltage range from 0 to 24V, current from 0 to 20mA, frequency from 0 to 10kHz, switching information as an input signal processing. In addition, the inputs are protected against overvoltages and electrical disturbances. The voltage input can be monitored to detect cable breakage or short circuit. The current-controlled proportional solenoid output is pulse-width modulated (PWM) and compensates for temperature and voltage fluctuations to ensure high accuracy and minimum hysteresis. The switch output is designed for direct disconnecting of the relay and switching electromagnets. In addition, the output also has integrated voltage and current monitoring.

Vehicular Solenoid Valve
 

The hydraulic unit is the key execution part of the remote control vehicle unit to drive and control the hydraulic system of the LHD. It is the actuator of the electric control signal to the hydraulic action. Specific function parameters are as follows:
