2.The electrician must learn whether the motor of the pump is matched with the power source or not. JBQ(motor lead wire )must be in the terminal box
3.The motor should be properly grounded. There is grounding device in the junction box,
If necessary, we can fasten the bolt by using the motor supporter to ground.
4.The 3 phase connection way is Y connecting style , showing in the picture :
